Telehealth visits are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Session content is protected under the same clinical confidentiality standards as an in-person visit and is not used for any purpose beyond your care and our recordkeeping obligations. We encourage patients to attend telehealth visits from a private location on a secured internet connection, since no method of electronic transmission is completely secure.

We may share limited information with:

• Insurance providers, when necessary to verify coverage or process claims
• Service providers who support our scheduling, billing, telehealth, or email systems, under agreements that require them to protect your information
• Other healthcare providers involved in your care, with your authorization or as permitted under HIPAA
• Regulators or legal authorities, where required by law
